Can I Modify or Cancel My Order After It’s Placed?
We understand that sometimes plans change! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours for Jewelry and 6 hours for Diamonds of placing order. After 24 hours, orders may have already entered production or shipping and may not be eligible for changes.

In-stock items usually ship within 5–7 business days, Diamonds Ship within 2-4 business days. While, Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer based on design complexity.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with all certificates and packaging. Custom and engraved pieces may be final sale.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your jewelry ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
